Christians always mislead people. I was very disappointed when Christians were luring peoples of faith, and even MUSLIMS to thinking Christianity is the true religion of Allah (God) I could say this because Christians were handing out pamphlets in Arabic, English, Urdu, and other languages. A true Muslim will never leave his/her religion InshaAllah. It is soo important to not let misleading information such as answering-islam come up and give you wrong information about Islam, Quran, and the hadith.

Thanks for sharing this, I learned something even better today :P Alhamdulilah.

Great article. I am glad to see someone actually putting up facts about Islam. Sure, 19 Islamic guys flow planes into the twin towers and killed 3000 people, but people are still saying it is a religion of peace. However, people claiming to be christian have done some very notorious things and I don't believe the bible teaches to do those things. So I wasn't sure if those 19 were just mislead or if they did not read the Koran. Thanks for the facts, so now when I hear someone say that Islam is a religion of peace I will know the truth.

@kashayarsha -- interpreting verses as you wish, without checking its context, using proper methodology, and so on, is a sure way to get things wrong.
.
For example, if I follow your style of interpreting things, I can comment on your statement : A prophet does not need to ask who is right or who is wrong, because a prophet can scan through a person by the Holy Spirit
.
With this rebuttal - why then Jesus complained to God, "Eli, eli, lama sabakhtani"; God why do you abandon me ?
.
I thought Jesus already knew his mission? (self sacrifice for human sins) So why complain?
.
So that's an example, hopefully it's easy to understand.
.
You should take EXTRA care on interpreting verses.
It's easy to misunderstood what people said yesterday. Imagine how spectacularly easy it is to misunderstand something that was from 2 millennia ago.

Nice site to debate.
there's a great speculation between sunnis and shias in the case of al mahdi.
Jesus said in John 10:14-17, "I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own".
Jesus said in John 5:21, "For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will."
what about mohammed:
A prophet does not need to ask who is right or who is wrong, because a prophet can scan through a person by the Holy Spirit. God can show the exact thing to a prophet, but Hadith says that Mohammed asked many people whether his beloved wife Aisha committed adultery or not, as we read in Hadith Volume 3, Book 48, Number 829.
let us look at this sentence from quran.
"Allah has killed Dajjal and the Muslims have appeared."As you know that jesus will kill the dajjal but here we see allh killed the dajjal.so we can say jesus is god himself in the form of a human being.
surah Al-Nisa' 171 which means Isa son of Maryam was sent by Allah and is His Word.
John 14:6 Isa declared: "I am the way, and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." surah Al-Fatihah1:6 "Ihdinasyiraatall mustaqiim" which means `show me the straight path'.

@mulia - don't bet on it :)
.
Unfortunately I'm an introvert, and also tend to write better than speak.
.
So this is pretty much all I can do. I love bloggging because of that - where otherwise I won't be able to share; now I can.
.
btw; very interesting blog you got there. Please continue sharing your unique perspective to others. Thanks !

@Salami - hi, just would like to mention that there have been recorded atrocities committed by Buddhist followers.
.
My point is, atrocities are part of human nature. And we need to be able to separate which one is the human acts, and which ones are the teachings of the religion.
.
Failure to differentiate these two will cause us to blame the religion for man's mistakes, and vice versa.

Why all this attack on Islam. A true Religion doesn't need to convince people to enter it fold by damaging the image of other religion. After some consultation of the Bible and neglecting the Koran, I discovered that Christianity is but a fabrication made possible by Saint Paul but built upon faint Christ Teaching.

Continue attacking Islam and lose your credibilty. If you talk about sword as weapon to spread islam then what about swords used in spreading christianity in the South America and else where. I am just being plain. I am a muslim, but sentiment apart, the christians have lost ground.

I prefer Buddhism and some other Far Eastern religion because they are more accommodating than so called Christianity. Christianity is atom of truth and full fabrications and lies. Bet me.

Continue attacking Islam. But do you really realized that as you keep attacking Islam it grows behind.

Assalamu'alaik, ikhwan.

Glad to know there are some brothers (and sisters) who put in effort in disproving these atrocities.

Don't give up, and keep it up.

".. it’s going to need a dedicated team to clarify them."

There's one team already (http://islamic-awareness.org).
However, one is perhaps also not enough.
