Seharusnya microsoft melihat ULPC sebagai pasar baru, bukan malah takut ULPC akan menjatuhkan pasaran vista. Pengebirian XP pada ULPC menunjukkan bahwa microsoft masih takut vista nda laku karena pasar lebih memilih ULPC+XP yang lebih murah. Ingat Oom Bill Gates, semua itu ada segmen pasarnya sendiri.... Model2 ULPC memang lebih baik menggunakan Sistem Operasi yang dibuat pas untuk PC kecil (resource kecil, hemat energi), tapi.. tetap juga harus tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk upgrade dan penambahan fungsi fungsi lain.
