Maple Grilled Tempeh recipe
OK, that is pretty cool. Not everyday you’ll see tempe got featured in an international recipe website.
The recipe seems pretty good too. It got me drooling over it.
Now, anyone knows where I can find Maple syrup in Jakarta ….

it’s from indonesia indeed…
“Tempeh/Tempe is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. It originated from Indonesia, invented by the Javanese, where it is most popular, although it is common in other parts of Southeast Asia as well, introduced by migrated Javanese”
