I was looking for a WP2 plugin which will enable a header / sticky page for each categories. I found Adhesive plugin which seems to be quite popular. Will try this later. Interestingly, I stumbled on this article, a SEO tips which involves this plugin, interesting.
Also I found this article, it reviews a few good plugins for WP2. Looks pretty good.
